Kitchen renovation – gracious curves

Centrally located within the home, it was vital the design of the new kitchen work with the adjoining spaces without being so bold as to take over the space. The solution was a cleverly conceived curved breakfast bar which creates a soft border between the kitchen and living/family rooms without interrupting the eye-line. Two walls of full-height cabinetry provide more than enough storage with the cooking zone to one side and pantry/refrigerator on the other. A simple white was chosen for the cabinets which are accentuated by the stunning rich blue glass splashback.
