Kitchen renovation – aqua splash

Despite the presence of a large window, the old kitchen seemed always-dark and it was badly laid out so the main goal with this renovation was to find ways to bounce light around the room and reconfigure the work spaces so it was more functional. In choosing a white gloss cabinetry, the designer has ensured any natural light entering the room is immediately bounced throughout while the lovely choice of aqua for the glass splashback immediately draws the eye to the back of the room and can visually make it seem larger than in reality. The double oven was a must for the homeowner so it was vital the design incorporate space for both, with the cooktop above for extra efficiency.
